Argyll Partners Energy and Environmental Services team has advised specialist environmental planning and ecology consultancy, Atmos Consulting, on its sale to Mornington Partners.

Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, Atmos works with clients to assess and solve potential environmental and planning hurdles and blockages, which maximises outcomes for clients, minimises risk and maintains regulatory compliance. The team serves a variety of sectors including renewable and conventional energy, commercial property developments, ports, harbours and marine developments, as well as the UK’s largest transport and infrastructure projects.

Argyll Partners worked closely with the shareholders of Atmos and led a targeted process with a key element of the remit to find a partner who would continue forward the current culture and ethics of the business.
